Our system has two halves that work together: hardware on the bike that records, and web software that opens what it recorded and helps you read it.
DlogDash - ride logging and analysis
DlogDash is logging hardware fitted to a motorcycle, paired with the web application at dash.dlog.tech. The hardware reads the signals on the bike's CAN bus and records them; the file then opens straight in a browser, with nothing to install.
What it does
- Records the bike's own signals - engine speed, road speed, throttle position and whatever else the bike reports
- Plots every signal on one time axis, so you can scroll and zoom into the moment you care about
- Keeps recordings for the team, filed by bike and rider, so runs can be compared later
- Opens files from other logging systems too, so a team with existing equipment can work with both
